The cost of shipping is $20 for Europe and $25 for rest of the world! Tracking is given within 24-72 hours of order placement.

Yes! All products are shipped with stealth packaging to ensure they pass through customs successfully.

For Deus Medical products will issue a reshipment if your parcel contains the wrong items, if you receive a seizure letter, or if the tracking does not update for a period of 25 business days while being in customs. In any of these cases we will provide one reshipment only but it must be sent under a new name and mailing address. We will not provide a second reshipment if the first reshipment does not make successful delivery.

For Myogen products we do not offer any reshipment if lost or seized, please order at your own risk!

Please note we do not offer reshipment to Australia.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday and tracking is generally provided within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Delivery times vary according to the destination Country. For Europe delivery times range between 3-8 days, and for USA delivery times range between 7-14 days.

Please note during this time COVID19 has greatly affected shipping times and it is now taking between 3-5 weeks for delivery.
